Our Commitment

At Tantrakul, we operate through contract-based rituals. After evaluation, we issue a written contract stating the ritual(s), timeline, measurable outcome, and a pre-decided refund percentage (typically between 60%–100%) that applies if the contracted result does not manifest within the agreed timeline. Evaluation Fee (₹2100) is non-refundable.

How the Refund % is Decided

Post Evaluation (₹2100), we share a written contract with: defined ritual(s), clear timeline, measurable outcome, and the exact refund % (e.g., 60%, 70%, 80%, 100%).
No sliding scale later—refund is not based on partial progress. Either the outcome occurs in time, or the contracted refund % applies.
All terms are agreed by both parties before work begins.

1. Evaluation Fee (₹2100)

Non-refundable. Covers detailed case assessment by our Sadhaka/Astrologers with written insights on your problem and recommended approach.

2. Premium Quote & Contract

If you choose to proceed, you receive a written contract stating the exact ritual(s), timeline, measurable outcome, and the pre-decided refund % applicable if outcomes do not manifest within the agreed timeframe.

3. Result or Refund (Pre-Decided %)

If the contracted result does not manifest within the specified timeline, the contracted refund % (e.g., 60%–100% of premium service fee) applies automatically. The Evaluation Fee (₹2100) is excluded from refund.

5. Evidence & Verification

You agree to provide reasonable updates/evidence during the contract period to verify progress and outcomes.

6. Non-Compliance

Misrepresentation, withholding critical information, or non-compliance with prescribed remedies makes the guarantee void.

7. Force Majeure

Events beyond human control (natural calamities, legal restrictions, etc.) may pause or extend the timeline without penalty.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall first be addressed through internal review. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated as per applicable local laws.

Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
